Community Engineering Starts Country Lakes Business Center

Two-building industrial park to house branch of HJ Foundation

FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 5, 2007) – Community Engineering Services has started design services for Country Lakes Business Center, a 6.9-acre light industrial project at 5701 Country Lakes Drive in Fort Myers.

Community Engineering Services is providing surveying, engineering and project management for the two-building, 47,000-square-foot project. The center will house the Southwest Florida branch office of Miami-based HJ Foundation. An additional 40,000 square feet will be available for lease.
