Parkway Business Center

90,000-square-foot project to include Java Moon Cafe

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 1, 2006) – Community Engineering Services has started construction services on the Daniels Parkway Business Center at Appaloosa Lane and Daniels Parkway.

Community Engineering Services provided surveying, engineering and construction stakeout and continues to provide project management for the center, which will have 90,000 square feet of retail and office space when completed. The initial phase includes Java Moon Café’s first restaurant in Southwest Florida. The contract was awarded to Community Engineering Services by Salrose Dreams, LLC.
