Community Engineering Starts Work on Parker Business Center

Five-acre project features office and warehouse space

FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 30, 2007) – Community Engineering Services has started work on Parker Business Center, a 5-acre planned development containing office and warehouse space in the Daniels Road corridor.

Community Engineering Services is providing surveying, mapping, replatting, conceptual site planning, engineering site design, permitting and construction and certification services for the center, located at 3351 Pinto Lane. The contract was awarded by The Jack Parker Corp. The center will have approximately 31,000 square feet of office space and 65,000 square feet of warehouse space.
