Community Engineering Starts Work on Ivey Lane Commercial Center

Project features retail units and a convenience store

ORLANDO, Fla. (May 21, 2007) – Community Engineering Services has started work on the Ivey Lane Commercial Center, a 7,500-square-foot retail complex on South Ivey Lane between College Drive and Carter Street.

The center will consist of three retail units and a convenience store with eight gas pumps.

Community Engineering Services is providing surveying, conceptual site planning, engineering site design, permitting, construction and certification services. The contract was awarded by Reklaw Inc., the project owner.
